My Journey

My journey in hospitality began with a love for travel and a passion for empowering others. After 18 years working across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, I transitioned from consulting to coaching, becoming a certified ICF accredited Executive & Results Coach.
I developed programs that blend personal coaching with hands-on mentoring, helping clients achieve true transformation. My work is driven by a deep belief in everyone’s potential to grow and make a positive impact. Seeing my clients’ progress excites me, and I balance this passion with family time, travel, and a curiosity for life.
